My tech guy Richard is the best. He's always knowledgeable and fast. The costumer service on the other hand is awful. Never in my life have I had to deal with such ignorance on the phone with supposed costumer service. It's literally in your job title to serve customers not to hang up on them and charge fees behind my back. It's nothing but a money grab and I'm glad to be done with it
