Mister Car Wash

Very helpful in assistance I have a big truck and sometimes it’s hard to line up with the track thankful for the person who guides me onto it. Sometimes the pre-soak for the bugs gets missed every now and then aside from that no complaints. Sometimes I worry at the end of the track if the car behind me will bump into the back if I don’t put it into gear, quick enough and pull out but hasn’t happened yet overall Carr always looks great and vacuums seem to have great suction power at this location.

Very good car wash. Appreciate attendants controlling cue of 3 lines merging into one. Some impatient drivers don’t follow sequence and cut into line inappropriately instead of wait for their turn.

My first question is why do they need 2 people standing by the self service kiosk? Then the attendant asks me if I wanna leave a tip? For who, it’s a self service car wash that’s automated, I do the vacuuming myself. Not to mention, it’s not really that great of a car wash and doesn’t seem to dry very well. Lastly, the vacuums are rather weak compared to other places. Not a fan!

Tried it out for the first time and very impressed, and paid $25 for the Titanium Exterior. Worker walked up to my car excited to explain how all the packages work and told me lots of customers leave happy. Of course it cleaned my car and left it shiny! There are spots here and there of course but nothing I can't fix within 2 min of my time at home. Overall very satisfied and will come back later down the road. Good prices and the membership monthly deal isn't that bad either it's a good consideration if you wash your car twice a month or more

I don’t believe I have ever witnessed a more polite and customer oriented staff. The location by Home Depot on Bonita Beach Rd. has to be the most difficult clientele to direct, and their performance is spot on day after day without sacrificing anyone’s dignity. It is not only a testament to their character, but also terrific management.
