Mister Car Wash

I just left Mister car Wash and pay for a t"itanium" wash which is supposed to be an up graded charge for a better wash tire shine and etc, needless to say my car is still dirty and my tires are not shiny what you think they would be for paying for the upgraded wash. When an attendant walk by I kindly stopped them and asked them what's the point of paying for the titanium wash when the car still comes out dirty. She replied that if I'm looking for a car wash that would actually completely clean my car so you suggested that I go to a professional detailer. I asked her if the person in front of me pays for the base wash and I pay the titanium wash are we essentially getting the same car wash, she replied yes it's the same car wash. I bought the membership and love it! I pass it on my way home every day. I have been stopping 3 times a week and on Saturday. My car has never looked cleaner!!

I am really happy that I purchased the membership. I get to get as many car washes. Is it like even though I don’t go that often. I love the way my car looks and it actually last until it rains. The customer service at the location is outstanding and it’s a very clean location. Haven’t tried any other place yet, but have seen some on the road and it’s good to know that if I needed to go somewhere, I can do it. The membership is worth it.

I want to start by commending this location on the quality of their staff - it's difficult to be outside at anytime of the year and maintain kindness and professionalism and every staff member I encountered possessed that. That said, I didnt receive the level of quality in the wash that I expected for the Platinum wash ($26 + $2 tip). The location I usually use has staff who actually pre-wash your car with brushes and direct contact on any wash which this location did not provide, though there was a pre-rinse. This is usually good for me as I tend to wait a while in between washes, so the dust and dirt can get pretty heavy. Once I moved to the vacuuming section, I typically use the blowers for small areas provided at my usual location, so I was optimistic in seeing them here - except they

Quickest car wash in the area, wanted to shout out their tunnel worker Gary, everytime I see him I know I’m going to be in & out. Best time to go is in the morning before they start to get busy. 5 ⭐️s!
