Mister Car Wash

Heath Garmon was incredibly friendly and professional! I had a couple of concerns, but he was kind and quick to help me sort everything out without making me feel pressured to sign up for a membership. It really makes sense to get a membership, as it is affordable because it saves you time, and the machines do a fantastic job. Great management.

Duluth location had such a great experience at the car wash thanks to Casey! From the moment I arrived, Casey was incredibly nice, respectful, and very polite. He greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I understood all the options available without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly and that I was completely satisfied before I left. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, but Casey definitely does. Customer service like this makes all the difference. I will absolutely be coming back because of the positive experience he created. Thank you, Casey, for being so kind and going above and beyond!

1-There is NO WAY you charge $27 for a “platinum” wash and I still have to pay $1 to wipe my car down. 2-The wash was subpar , there was still dirt on my vehicle after going through. Don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else!!!

I always leave Mister Car Wash feeling like I’m driving a brand-new car. The staff is friendly, efficient, and really take pride in what they do. The wash is quick but super thorough — inside and out, everything shines. The unlimited wash membership is definitely worth it if you like keeping your car spotless. I appreciate the attention to detail and the positive energy every visit. Highly recommend!

Atrocious. Twice I came here. Twice my car was still dirty. They do not allow rewash. One guy told me I could then the other white older skinny guy with a bunch of tattoos says no unless I’ll get a membership. What’s the purpose of coming here if my car is still dirty. No towels, no cleaning supplies, and 3 air hoses didn’t function. Check the pictures
