Mister Car Wash

Love coming here! They’re always out front waving and smiling (usually a blonde female) when you arrive which just makes the experience feel that much better. Even if there is a line it doesn’t take long. The vacuums work really well and I love that they have the normal AND smaller hoses so you can get all the tight spaces. Does not leave water streaks on car after like some of the other car washes I’ve used in the Colorado Springs area. The ONLY part I don’t like about this car wash is that it’s not touchless. Other than that it is great!

Bailey gave excellent customer service! She greeted us with a smile 😃 and moved us to an open lane. When purchasing a towel she added window cleaner to it. Her warmth and happiness was contagious. To my dismay, I vacuumed up my key fob😔. Bailey took it stride and assured me that she could help. She messaged management, and met me at the at the vehicle with a tool and knew exactly where to look and retrieve my key quickly. All the time keeping a smile on her face, being polite and professional! Bailey is GREAT!

I went just a few minutes before closing and the facility was still open, which I really appreciated! It's hard for me to find time for car washes in between work, my kid's school and extracurricular schedule, and a busy life. The staff person ushered me through and I was able to get the wash I have a membership for. This is a good car wash. I just wish the vacuums had forced air machines for more detail work and free towels like Quick Quack. But, you can't get everything you wish for. Edit: I'm still impressed by the kindness of the staff and how they stay open to allow members to get their washes, right up until closing time.

They asked for a tip. I shouldn’t be surprised but I am. they didn’t even spray my car down prior too well. Towels now cost $1 too That being said, the tunnel did. Good job cleaning my car

Love that they problem solved and didn't turn me away because of how muddy my car was... Like the duck car wash did when I paid for a 60 dollar membership. Mister wash did a individualized wash with no rollers and then had me go in again. Definitely made me a life long customer.
