The staff always makes you feel welcomed. Ky is great, every time I go there he's so welcoming and is informative about the products. The price isn't bad for each category, and I am usually satisfied after I wash my car. I also like that there is a lot of space in the area where you vacuum your car. The customer service is definitely the reason why I keep coming back.
Aside from the machines and vacuums working great, the staff makes the experience most enjoyable. They are all very welcoming, friendly and don’t look miserable! That’s excellent customer service!! I hope they get paid well because I’ve seen terrible services out there and these guys/gals are the reason I returned and joined. Even though Bliss offered a good deal. It’s all about customer service! I go to your Rialto and San Bernardino location. They are both equally wonderful. Thanks!
Went there for my first time. Great Customer service. Nice people. Great deals on membership. I just got the 22.00 to try it out. I noticed they had no free air fresheners or wipes for the inside of the car. They had no rags to use to dry. I wasn't to happy about that. Over all I wouldn't come again. Not for me.
Friendly customer service!! I have the monthly plan and it’s worth it. Plus the vacuums are very good. I stay looking clean and professional thanks to Mister car wash!
