Mister Car Wash

I wish I could give them more stars! I can always expect stellar customer service when I come to the West Richland location to get my car wash. The titanium wash always leaves my car sparkling and I love my membership because I can stop at any of the locations to use it and after a couple washes it basically pays for itself! I love the product, and the staff at the W. Richland location is so friendly and personable, it’s an easy 5 star review from me!

I’d like to personally shout out Maddie her customer service is off the charts and is always flashing that amazing smile. The other girl in braids is super good as well, they deserve the world! I love mister!!

The staff was nice, but either seemed bored, or like they just don't care; they just want to get you through the service and on your way. I had to run my car through the process twice, and still didn't seem to get my car clean; I paid for the most expensive option. It seems to me that this is a place to go when your car is just 'kinda' dirty. The prices are fair and seem to be on average for the area. Photos are after running it through the wash twice.

Always love coming here to wash my car. The staff outside are always smiling and super helpful. Will 100% be coming back time and time again!

We are really enjoying our membership to this quick and easy car wash. They do a great job, are friendly, and we love the easy and free access to vacuums. Our cars have never been cleaner. The only problem we have had is bugs. We came back from a trip and had so many bugs on the front of the car, and even after 2 washes simultaneously, they still remained. We are currently paying for titanium, but are still trying to figure out if the price warrants the outcome.
