Awesome customer service! Mitch got us in right away since we were traveling, and then replaced a wheel bearing that was failing. That did not fix the noise we were hearing but he did not charge us for the service, and recommended we try a mfr-specific service department for further investigation. Very impressed with the owner's responsiveness, care and generosity. 100% recommend Michel's if you are in the area.

Vehicle had two fuel injectors go wrong on a 33 hour drive back to Arizona from the east coast. Called them at about noon and about 15 minutes prior to showing up. Mitch told me they could possibly take a look at it within a few hours or so. I took the gamble and went anyways. Within 20 minutes Mitch and Justin had the truck pulled near a bay and were already getting to work on it. They got two fuel injectors (plus all the labor) installed and done in about 2 hours. I was back on the road before 5. Mitch, Justin, lady at the front desk (didn’t catch your name sorry!!) were incredibly professional, knowledgeable but most importantly, seemed to set things aside to get someone they didn’t know taken care of. Came here for an emergency check engine light stop on my way to Arizona from Texas ! Mitch was able to see me right away despite not being a local and having a lot on his plate. It was a quick fix an igniter coil went out. I’m so grateful for his service today made my road trip less stressful and a whole lot safer. I recommend to this auto shop it has a great feel to it super honest and know what they are doing!

They worked on my vehicle and within a few miles it broke down with new problems; since they had removed my hood latch I didnt trust them to look at it again and Ive had multiple tragedies in my family... Needless to say Ive been going through a lot so my vehicle just sat for the last year. Well, I finally got around to looking at it and they messed with way more than the hood latch but also the computer/wiring. Im going to see if there is some way to track what they swapped out and if there is, I will be contacting the federal trade commission and the local police. They were stripping parts off my ride. They know exactly who I am and Im hoping for a call to make things right. Pretty sure I can track what they swapped.

Mitch was my go to guy when my car broke down outside of Deming. I thought it would be the end for my car, but he ordered the part I needed and had the car ready to go before lunch the next day. Great service done by great people.
