Sisbarro Deming Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service

I had my 22 ram 2500 in there for over a month didnt fix the issue and there service manager was a jerk, my issue my steering controls and horn not working, they said it was clockspring after me telling them I had already replaced, told me It had to be done by them to make sure it got installed correctly and probably not oem part, they swear that would fix the problem, showed them the invoice from Ram dealership, and said they could replace, days after the guy said still wasn't working they needed to order another part, couple of days later, I asked for update and told me it would be ready and the end of the day never heard nothing til next day stating still working on truck couldn't find issue, a week went by and I would drive by dealership every afternoon and truck parked in the back,

JD was wonderful! I was stranded on my way from Florida to Oregon with no idea what was wrong with my car that suddenly stopped working. They managed to fit me in to a full schedule and see me right away. I had three animals with me and they let us spend time in the lobby while we waited. Thank goodness it was just a battery problem and that they had the right battery on hand!!! Forever grateful for JD and Sisbarro for getting us back on the road. Thank you! 🙏🏻
