Great services overall, took a vehicle for a rear end and they completed the job in 3 days. Vehicle was washed and cleaned as well.

Rod Pratz is the best body shop in Deming. They have the small business feel and attention to detail, but their work is corporate level. Anytime I needed work they made it look like nothing happened, very good paint matching and very professional work at a reasonable price for body work. I highly recommend for any Deming local or any traveler in an unfortunate circumstance.

Top of the list for quality work and service. Replace an outside door mirror: They ordered the part, matching the paint and removed broken/reinstalled factory original in less than a week. Part was in LA, arriving Tuesday and finished on Thursday. Could not find better service anywhere in NM and the entire cost less than $220. Thanks

This was my third visit to Rod Pratz Motors, the first two times on referral from my insurance company. And as before, good workmanship and excellent customer service. Of note, each time they came in below estimate; a nice surprise.

Being a customee at Rod Pratz Motors was as pleasant an experience as car repair could be. Everyone there was friendly, and efficient. The work done on our car was excellent, and they detailed the car. It looks beautiful.
