The owner and his team are GENUINE people. I did not know they were the same ownership as the car dealership - Extreme Autoplex down the road. I’ve been going to MK for several years and continue to take my car there because of their transparency, competency, fair pricing, and friendliness. I think trust is a pretty important component when selecting an auto shop because if you’re not that well informed, you really want to feel that you’re not being taken for a ride. It’s great to have an auto shop close by that seems to care about being honest and doing a good job.

Problem: Driver-side window regulator went bad. Front of PASSENGER window weatherstripping had a gap. DRIVER SIDE WAS COMPLETELY SEALED (Important detail)! They changed some seals and a couple window regulators in my vette, but not completed (read below). I will say customer service was top tier. The owner even tried his best to fix the situation, as I brought it back in. Ultimately i had to fix some of the weatherstripping on my 2003 corvette by myself. Found they left gaps and some strips were no fully placed in all the way. Even the driver side was not sealing anymore with the old seals or the new seals.
