Mobil 1 Lube Express

I Went for an oil change a few days ago and am very upset. The guys not only over-filled my oil but did not check out anything else until I asked them to check my tire pressure that they told me was already done but I never saw anyone do it! I was told a receipt would be e-mailed but I did not receive it. Usually these guys try up charging for anything , my air filter was in need of a change and it never got checked. Going back today!

I've often had my oil changed here with no issues but the last time (October 2025) my husband noticed a large puddle under the car shortly after. Took it to our dealership mechanic and the oil filter was not tightened so it was leaking and running back on the oil pan. An overpriced oil change became even more expensive. Tried calling to report this issue but cant get through on phone. I've learned my lesson the hard way and will not be returning.

Employees was rude when I went in to get my oil changed. He said unless I had replaced the kick playe he was not going to work on my vehicle. I said my husband tacked it up but he said if it wasn't replaced he was not doing it. Not a good experience and will not go back with any of my vehicles.

Super fast service very friendly staff. I get an oil change every 2 months and it’s so nice to be in and out within 15 min. No apt needed and it doesn’t take over an hour like other places around the area

Been going for years went in with my xc90 Volvo 2.5t guys fat guy long beard on December 12th 2025 seid oh Volvos are hard to work on and they have a big skid plate under them five booths to get off btw and my cars actually the easiest car to work on he’s was disrespectful and didn’t want to work I went to vavoline they did an excellent job well done actually found out that the place I went to is where the previous first owner of the car went to so I know now where it’s been taken care of at and will keep being taken care of at vavoline well done
