Took my 2014 Ford Escape in for new tires and a much-needed alignment, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The alignment is perfect; my car drives straight as an arrow, no more pulling, and the steering wheel is finally centered again. They mounted and balanced the new tires quickly, and the ride is smoother than it’s been in years. What really stood out was the complimentary 28-point inspection they included. The tech walked me through the entire report, showed me exactly what was good and what to keep an eye on, and there was zero pressure or upselling. First time customer: Needed an alignment, worn part needed to be replaced-dealer only part. They put car back together. Part arrived a week later. Scheduled appointment installed part and alignment . Happy with the work and the people. Great Place

Tom at St.Croix Tire and auto was great to deal with. Great communication and was on top of helping us get my daughter’s car back on the road quickly. The only concern I had was the price. I originally thought it would be a bad alternator, but it ended up being a locked up tensioner pulley. I needed the pulley and belt replaced because of this. I was expecting around $200-$300 for this repair(based on some searching and calls). But my final bill ended up being $475. I understand prices have increased, but this felt a bit steep for a tensioner and a belt. Again, I had great service here. Just a little more costly than I expected.

I had some serious front end work I need done on my Tahoe plus new tires and they were awesome. I did not have a mechanic set up yet since being in St. Croix Falls so this was my first time with them. I appreciated the ease of communication with the online/text stuff. I did end up speaking with them in the phone several times and they were always ready and willing/eager to help me out and answer questions. The work was a lot and it was done in a very timely manner within a day and half of drop off…pretty awesome. I believe Tom and the rest of the crew including technicians were professional. Found the experience beyond my expectations. Called a round very fair price for the transmission flush. Staff was very friendly and actually took pictures of the inspection on my vehicle. Really appreciated that! I would recommend this place
