The lack of any serious competition in the area seems to allow these people the freedom to treat customers however they want without any repercussions. Hopefully an autozone or Napa opens in St Croix Falls to put them out of business

I ordered a switch for my window in my vehicle. Spent $111 on it. Disconnected my old switch and plugged the new switch in. I then turned my ignition to accessory and tried the new switch. It did the exact same thing my old switch did. Obviously not the problem. I then disconnected the new switch and repackaged it. I then took the switch back to the store and explained what had happened to the people that were behind the counter. They would not let me return it, didn’t even offer some sort of in store credit. So now, even though they are almost in my back yard I am done doing any kind of business with them. Pretty sad. That switch is still good. I’m out $111 and my window still doesn’t work correctly. Never again.
