The main point I want to make is that some of the people that work at these shops in Hawaii are super weird, like passive aggressive weird. I called to ask about a part, and it felt like the guy was being sarcastic, trying to rush me off the phone by saying that he was busy. It was the weirdest experience. You're supposed to be providing a service to the public, and you're acting like your consumer base is annoying you. I personally don't get it, but to each its own - hopefully things work out for you.

Requested to Greg who's been helpful from the beginning for an air conditioner compressor and got the part quickly, it was installed by his mechanic Patrick who did a great job getting it to work again in almost 2 hrs. Greg was spot on. I requested a used passenger side rear view mirror and he had a new one in stock. I save $420.00 from dealer mark up and he met me half way on the delivery. Mahalo Greg and Mobile Auto Parts Hawaii. You guys ROCK!

As much as I would like to give a 5 star and say I got an amazing engine from Gregg, I can't. He compulsively lied the whole way through the transaction. Initially I called for a toyota Sienna engine, he said he had it, out of the car, and could get it shipped out to Big Island that week; being a trusting person, I followed the next steps and deposited $1,800 cash into his bank like he asked.. He proceeded to give me absolutely no updates on the shipping process, I had to call him everyday, multiple times a day to see if any progress was being made.. he kept feeding me lies about needing a mechanic to get transmission off.. he ended up not wanting to answer my calls and talk to me about the engine I have paid in full for. In the end he sent me a picture of an engine from the wrong year va

The staff are most educated and helpful with meeting my needs for my various cars. I appreciate that they always remind me of an offering even when I forget to ask! Thanks for sharing the savings for the oil + filter combo!
