Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

My brother recently had his tires adjusted by this company, but it wasn't good enough. I went to a different branch to have it done again, and the staff there told me to go back to the place where I paid for it. But then why are they an authorized service center, offering a 4000-mile warranty, and why do I have to pay the same price again to get the same service from a different branch of the same company? It doesn't make sense. The staff were very nice, but they weren't helpful. I hope they will be more helpful to future customers. Thank you and have a good day.

Fantastic experience at the Monroeville Monro! I came in for my state inspection and was incredibly impressed with the service. The Store Manager, Dan, was awesome—he was professional, honest, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Dan and his team really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The service was quick, the communication was clear, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on things I didn't need. I’ll definitely be back for my future maintenance. Dan and Atlas took great care of me here. They did my inspection and I needed some work done. It’s never cheap dealing with car stuff unfortunately but Dan did his best to get me a fair price. Lovely people. Thank you

Monro was great i highly recommend. Everyone is kind and help you out with whatever you need done. Dan was very nice, everytime i needed something done with my car or something was wrong i gave the store a call and he was always able to get me in to check it out for me. But also that worked with my schedule. Its easy to get an appoitment with them and my car was always done on time. I would take my car back there everytime. I have no complaints.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. I had an oil change there and when I left I noticed a noise on my car as soon as service was completed. Well, it turns out they completely ruined the cover under my car. It was a nerve racking noise and experience. I don’t know how they did that but that’s not a good look after you just had your service completed. Jiffy Lube is a bit more pricey but their service is much better. Go to them instead.
