Mohawk Chevrolet - Service and Tire Center

Tyler Cooper was my service advisor on October 30, 2025. He was wonderful, well informed and very attentive. This is not a surprise as I have never had a negative experience at Mohawk Chevy. I had the opportunity to watch the interaction with all of the service advisors, as I was in the area for quite some time. They all exhibited warm and friendly demeanors, while working at a rapid pace. Craig, another service advisor checked on me as well, offering water and coffee. If I could give all of them 10 stars, I would!!

Had a great experienc, my salesman was Nick and I dealt with George in finance. It was actually a fun experience, I like that they had a sense of humor and treated me like a person not a number. I went in for a test drive and got into a bigger ride than I expected and got what felt like royal treatment. Was not disappointed, highly recommend. Huge thanks to their team for how helpful they are!

After having dealt with multiple dealerships over the years I feel pretty confident saying that the service at mohawk chevrolet is second to none. Pat is the best and I really felt like he had my back and did everything he could to take care of my truck and resolve any issues i had. All the staff in the service center all had smiles on their faces and were joking with each other and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their job and the work environment. From a customer perspective, it's really an enjoyable experience. This dealership is over 45 minutes from my house, and I will continue to go there for service because of people and the experience . Honestly, I was blown away by the customer care I received from representative Zachary Mohan. I have never been more satisfied anywhere else with a customer representative. He went above and beyond, and even further, greatly appreciated the service, which left me almost speechless. I was completely astonished at how much detail and precision he put into making sure all my needs were met.

Anthony was great. Oil change, state inspection and car wash all in a very short time. I left my cell phone in the vehicle and the man that took it to be serviced brought it to me in the lounge area. He was a dedicated employee.
