Terrible company, got mine installed 1 hour ago, made it to the closest Walmart, did everything accordingly, went inside, came out tried to start my truck, to my surprise… no start, called the company where they had me do a soft reset (unplugging the device and plugging it back in), that didn’t work, they then said I could disconnect and reconnect the negative on my battery, so that I did…. To no suprise it didn’t start, they told me that I had to pay for a tow and make another appointment…. I was just there??? Why am I paying for a tow, they said I can send them a ticket for it if it ends up not being a problem with my truck, I then asked to speak to a supervisor, to which they responded with I can put in a request and they will reach out in 24-48 hours, so if your reading this I may stil
LONG POST I had a very disappointing experience at the Raleigh South location. I went in on a Saturday morning at 8 AM for an interlock installation and ended up waiting nearly five hours. From the start, things were frustrating — when I originally called to schedule, I was told I could leave my car and go to work, but that was not the case. I had to miss an entire workday, which caused issues with my employer. After finally leaving with the installation completed, I drove home and attempted my arrival test, but the device would not turn on. When I tried again, not only did the device still not work, but my car wouldn’t start at all. I called customer service and followed their instructions to reset the system, but it made no difference. At that point, my starter began making a strange cr
I scheduled my appointment last week to have my device off today @ 9AM. For the few years I've dealt with this company I've never had any issues with the techs, but getting appts and getting through to customer service is nearly impossible if you don't have hours to wait on hold. Management and CS are the absolute worst. The option to have a call back is no longer active even though it states you can during hold. Right now me and several other appts (4 so far) are here at a closed office during normal business hours. The boss is on vacation (unreachable) and the tech never showed up. We're all stuck here and CS has yet to answer anyone. I highly encourage anyone having to do any kind of business/maintenance with Monitech go to any other location but here as they are completely undependab
The tech was good no complaint but the company is horribly run , the people on the phone for consulats, pricing etc say one thing and when you get their they try to bullshit you and say another only came here because I told i wouldn't pay on certain things like the instalation & when I get their they try to charge it. If their were 0 stars I would give them 0.
Terrible system, The office is open only three days a week, usually there is only one employee taking care of customers, I understand you need an appointment but the customer service line takes more than one hour to answer, and they never even bother to call you back when you ask for it. I believe they need more employees on the phone and in the office, people have lives and jobs...I've never seen it as a customer service worker such a low customer service
