First of all, make sure they put on the tires that you agreed on. Then they switch those tires out with other tires and give you crappie tires that wear out within two weeks. Even went back to tell him to tell him make it right.He tried to say it was my alignment, which then I took it over to the service center.Because it's a brand new car and they said the alignment is straight.But you need tires. So I made sure that it wasn't the alignment. it was a crappie tires they put on!!!!!! I know people are getting desperate and screwing people. All the way around everywhere. Have brought my car here a number of times over the last 5 years for various jobs. Service is super quick, never needed an appointment, and they have jacks under the car getting to work within minutes of pulling in. I’ve had tires plugged and today just got my front end sway bar end links replaced (I brought the replacements) and I have never left disappointed. Great neighborhood shop.

TERRIBLE SERVICE-Sold me 2 tires and one was defective-- tires looked good with new tread so I payed 100 per tire. I parked the car in my garage and waited till winter was over so I can purchase 2 more tires for the rear.when I went to look at tires one of them was cracked almost all the way through around rim looks like it was coming apart at the seam ( glad I checked before I drove car) I knew it had been months since I purchased tires but I wanted to see if I can purchase 4 more tires since one is falling apart and possible get a little discount( didn't want a refund just a lil discount) owner told me it was my fault for not driving car and leaving it in the sun he looked at me and walked away, not even a hey lets see if I can hook you with a discount or work something out( I was read

My experience at this business has been overwhelmingly positive. If possible, I'd rate them higher than 5 stars.They gave me a great price for snow tires, the install was very quick, and walk-ins are welcome. The owner and his associate (Alice?) went above and beyond to help me. They did a great job on the install. They also helped me troubleshoot my tire pressure light on my Mazda 2014. They took a lot of time out of their day to help. These guys are reliable, affordable, quick, honest, and provide quality work. I will return to this shop for my future tire needs; and will recommend them to my friends and family.
