Chris was especially helpful in identifying which type of tires I needed for my make and model, providing me with multiple options, and walking me through pricing. He worked with me on scheduling my appointment around my free time for drop off and pick up, and the work was done very quickly. Highly recommended!

Made an appointment, on line, for a NY State inspection at another location. When I went for my appointment I was told they have nobody who can do inspections. I called Monro and got the inspection completed and replaced the tires at a decent price plus an oil change. All was completed much faster than I expected.

Needed our snow tires put on. Booking an appointment was easy. Monro was efficient and reasonably priced. Would definitely return!

Corey whipple did great on my breaks and checking out my cars engine due to a suspected leak also did a tire rotation he has great customer service and excellent skills great group Mavis in Canadaigua has there!!!

Ordered tires/wheels from Tirerack for Monro to install,a little bit of a wait but seem to do a good job installing new snow tires for me....keep up the good work!
