Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Allow me to preface this by saying that I’m not one for writing reviews. Good service in this current societal climate is becoming more and more scarce as the days go by. I would feel guilty at how many reviews I’d have to rate less than 3 stars. Monro Auto greatly impressed me, and they went above and beyond for me and my family after their normal working hours. My father, brother and I were stranded with a blown out tire on the shoulder of I-75 about 5 miles from Monro Auto. We were 125 miles away from our home, and it was 6:00PM, and was open until 7. We had a long wait for a tow truck, and every auto shop in the area wasn’t able to assist. No other shop nearby was going to help us and we desperately needed to get back on the road as we were heading up North to visit our Grandfather w

Very nice workers, Andrew at the desk was very nice and informative. I’m not car smart so my grandpa was with me, and he of course cracked a few jokes here and there (bless their heart). I was out within an hour, they are very quick. Their customers that were waiting in the lobby were also very nice people. Go to this business if you need new tires! Best in the area

I had a 10:30 am appointment on 1/24/26 for an oil change and alignment. Evidently their mechanic was having issue on a truck that was parked in the alignment bay. The oil change was done promptly. At 1:30 pm, I requested the keys to my car and bill for the oil change. The attendant tried to charge me $20 more than I was quoted!! He did adjust the fee to $79.28 and told me he had no money to give me change for $80.00!!! I didn’t get the change as I just wanted to leave after sitting there for almost 3 1/2 hours!! I work full time and make appointments for a reason! My time is very valuable and I cannot waste it!! I have since scheduled my alignment with another company!

I came in and made an appointment to get my tires balanced and rotated and was told it was $53. I came back today and was told it was more like $65 ($39 at the dealership). I was irritated but I’m like that’s fine since I’m already here. He proceeds to tell me there are waiting for oil so it will be an hour to an hour and a half before they get to it. Mind you I was planning on sitting and waiting for it. I’m like I’m not waiting for 2 hours and I left. First time and the last time here. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment at the dealer very quickly and will probably be in and out before you would have pulled mine in. If this is how you do business I can’t imagine you will be open much longer.

Shitty customer service. The person at the service counter was unnecessarily rude to me. If you're looking for tires, I recommend taking your business to Totten's in Birch Run. Their prices are similar, but they actually care about their customers.
