This place is great. Staff is always kind and polite and very knowledgeable. I feel like they work "for" me and don't just pressure me into spending money, like a lot of shops do. I have been bringing all my vehicles here for years and will never go anywhere else. Also they always get me in quick, which is awesome.

We were enroute from New York to Toronto and our car started making a rattling sound. We could not figure out what was wrong and had to look for a garage and to our good luck we found Monro Auto right off the highway I-81. The service centre mechanic and the owner both were so helpful, knowledgeable and quick to help us. They figured out the problem, fixed it and did not even charge us. Our family could drive rest of the way back home in peace. Thank you so much for your goodness 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 On the 1st day of 2026 we started with meeting generous and genuine people! Thank you ☺️ 🙏🏽 😊

Got in quickly oil change fine. They sat in my tan cloth seats without putting anything on the seats before sitting on it and got grease and oil on the seat it is alot. The kicker is they tried to clean the large spots with Chlorox . Now the seat is dirty and wet. Thank goodness I had a blanket to sit on. Honestly common sense guys that's why there's seat covers. They were just glad to see me leave so they wouldn't have to deal with it. LJ
