Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

So I had made an appointment for 2:00 p.m. on February 25th with the call center. The manager at the store called and stated that they had two guys and that they wouldn't be able to get me until a few minutes after 2:00, which I was fine with. I show up at 2:05 and I end up not leaving until 4:00. Now mind you there was nobody in front of me there was two cars in the shop one was just sitting in there not being worked on and there was another one getting a transmission installed. I arrived for just an oil change and a tire rotation. I sat there for 2 hours just to get this service done. Now at this time another customer had arrived needing two tires done on their vehicle. Their car was pulled in within 15 minutes and they were just about done the two tires by the time my car was being pull

Thank you Monro! I was a walk in, y'all were slammed with alignments and other repairs, and maybe 1 bay was empty. I had a blow out, and one of your employees sold me a tire, took off my spare, and installed the new tire. He squeezed me in and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Exceptional Customer Service I'll be coming back for future services. By appointment of course.

Had leak in tire. They found the leak and said it’s fixable. Next day it leaked worse and I had to go to my Dodge dealer. They found that the mechanic at Monroe did not remove the sticker from the repair patch. So no vulcanization happened. My dealer was so nice to fix it for free. Went back to Monroe. The claimed they could not give me money back on a shop repair. Don’t understand why, the did not fix the issue but I did pay for it. They gave me a $45 off for next visit. But I lost confidence and don’t want to go back because who knows what will go wrong then.

My water pump went out on my truck. They got me in the very next day to replace it. I also ask them to look at my front axle bearings as I was hearing a little noise. One was bad and they replaced it also. They also suggested I replace the serpentine belt as it was wearing thin and only charge me for the belt no labor. I was in and out in a few hours. I'm very happy with their service.

ED was wonderful, he was able to get us in same day, get the tires we needed ordered and fixed a lug nut issue!!! He was very kind and professional
