I chose this place for my inspection because of the convenient location. They got me an apt quickly and my inspection was done within 1.5 hours. I was very satisfied with my experience until I got in my car. I have two car seats and when I got in my car I saw that one of them was unhooked and upside down on top of the other car seat, my third row was up ( it was down when I dropped it off ) and all of the seatbelts in my car were fastened. I was quite confused. I’m assuming they had to detach the one car seat to get into my third row ?? Not sure. I wasn’t given a heads up that they detached the car seat and that I would need to put it back. I feel like they should have taken the extra TWO seconds to unbuckle my seatbelts, put my third row back down and let me know if they aren’t legally

Don and Les truly went above and beyond with my car. I came in just for an oil change, but they were incredibly kind and took the time to help me with a separate door issue as well. Both of them were friendly, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were with everything, especially the billing — they gave me a clear heads-up before charging anything so I felt fully aware of what was being worked on and comfortable the entire time. You can tell they take pride in their work and in keeping the shop well-organized and running smoothly. Thanks to Don and Les, this was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

We were desperate just before closing time. Had a soft tire and needed it checked out as we live 60 miles from Ithaca. The staff helped us out - and discovered the tread was coming off the tire. Had they not found that we could have had a wreck. We had them order new tires and we are very happy.

Best tire shop I’ve been to in a while! They were so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciated how they explained the information to me in an explicit manner and didn’t beat around the bush while still maintaining professionalism and kindness. This shop has gone down significantly in the last couple years. First in the spring I called and made an appointment for an oil change on our truck. When I pulled in I was told “oh we thought it was for your car, we can’t do one on the truck today” well the only car on my profile (even though I specifically said for the truck) is an electric vehicle. I took it as a bad day and decided to give them another chance. I tried to take my car in to have 2 tires changed and an inspection. 20 mins after dropping it off I get a call telling me my car is “full of trash and blood on the seats” and they can’t do the inspection until I clean it out, but they will do the tires.
