Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I generally get decent service when I come here. The people are nice. Just know, their call center will book an appointment for you without knowing if anyone can be there to work on your vehicle. Just happened to me when I got a flat tire. I showed up and everyone had already gone home for the day. Don’t press 1 for the call center. Press 2 to talk to a real human at the Peters location.

The people at the Monro Service Center were extremely quick. Greeted me and got me out fast. I had an oil change and tire rotation and was done very fast. The manager was very polite, and friendly.

I booked an appointment because part of my car's undercarriage cover broke off while driving. Bob, Bob, and Aaron were very transparent in telling me the process and if I wanted to replace the entire cover, it would be very expensive. Instead, they took a look and even showed me the underside of my car to explain my options. It was so fast, straightforward, and they kept me very well informed on my choices. If I have car issues again, Monro will be my first choice!

I have been a customer for several years and have had good experiences. However, this time a call center took my call and quoted me $49.99. When I picked up the car, they charged me $139.99. The invoice also said I agreed to items that I didn't. Also, my signature was on the invoice, but I did not sign for anything at the location. I asked to review and they told me that was just the way it was and he couldn't do anything. I have used Monroe in the past because it was fair, but I was overcharged at least $50 for my oil change. Next time will be the Ford dealership for $89.99 for the exact same service.

A Saturday morning nearly flat tire due to a bolt being stuck in it, was taken care of swiftly, with care and everyone was so pleasant. The tire was plugged within an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Being that I was a walk-in, I appreciated being taken care of right away.
