Whole experience was outstanding! Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am on oxygen and have Parkinson's; Workers were patient and accommodating to my needs. Was presented various options for new tires. Price was good. Tires for my Jeep are Fantastic. Jeep is 25 years old and now rides like new. Very very pleased. Great experience. :)

A quick response to our problem without an appointment, was exceptionally helpful. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They kept us updated on the progress of the work on our car. We would definitely recommend Waterdam Auto Service and will be using them in the future for all of automotive needs.

The gentleman who assisted us was professional and kind. The pricing was reasonable. We had our windshield wipers, battery, and a couple tires replaced. They even checked the strange grating noise that had bothered us for a year for free. We had brought it into another shop to have this issue specifically diagnosed but the people at the other shop were unable to come up with any answers. Turns out it's a transmission problem.

The guys at Waterdam are terrific. They are fast, efficient, they have good recommendations. This visit was merely a state safety inspection, but I’ve bought a number of sets of tires from them. With good recommendations every time.

I've been going here for years. Honest, reliable and quick service with reasonable pricing. When I bought my Pap's car he told me I would need new tires soon, so when I dropped it off for inspection I mentioned needing new tires. They actually called me and told me they would not replace them yet because the tread was still fine (I was less than a minute from work and didn't clock many miles at the time). They could have just charged me for 4 brand new tires and I never would have known it wasn't time to replace them because I was just going by what my Pap suggested. It is hard to find businesses with that kind of integrity, but you can find it here :D
