So utterly disappointed with this location. My father left two voicemails for the manager, and I left one for them to return my call regarding getting new tire replacement. Never got our calls returned. Every time we attempted to call we were sent to Voicemail. I even did the request a quote online for new tires which that tells you someone will reach out to schedule you an appointment. No one ever reached out. They are next to impossible to get a hold of and just feels like they don’t really value their customers. I will no longer be taking mine or my boyfriend‘s vehicle to this location. We’re gonna find another Subaru dealership to service our vehicles. And I’m disappointed I’ve been going to them almost 2 years now and their service center has just gone downhill. I LOVE the staff in the repair center at this location. They provide outstanding customer service each and every time I am there! It truly brightens my day!

Always attention to inspecting and correcting any possible auto concerns especially this time of year to prep car for winter. Waiting room very welcoming. And reasonable waits. For decades Service Manager Rodger Kennedy And Matthew Phillips has serviced my Subaru Cars to safely transport children and grandblessings . I am so thankful.

I’ve been coming to this Service Center since I purchased my first Subaru 5 years ago. I’ve experienced nothing but exceptional service. Although I’ve encountered a couple of issues after having my vehicle serviced (which happens everywhere.. let’s be real), the service advisors—specifically Roger Kennedy—always go above and beyond to resolve them and immediately make things right. People love to say you’ll get ripped off at a dealer, but I’ve honestly never felt that way. The recorded inspection videos and technician explanations show exactly what needs attention and why, and I’ve never once felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Long story short, I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else. Subaru of South Hills and their Service Center have a customer for life.

The service center techs are prompt and able to service my vehicle on the same day when parts are available. A slight issue this time was with my tires. Three tires read at 4-32 and one at 3-32 this service session which was surprising since they were replaced 11 months ago at a Canonsburg tire shop. I returned to the Canonsburg shop and three measured at 5-32 and one at 4-32. The Canonsburg shop said they are ok to replace this spring. As a result, I'm not 100% sure since the readings were different.
