I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change and arrived right at 7:30. The illuminated “Open” sign in the window was on, and the lights inside were on as well. When I tried to open the door, it was locked. The employee at the front desk was sitting at his desk, looked at me through the door, and instead of coming to explain anything, he made a “cut it” gesture across his neck to signal that I couldn’t come in. I mouthed “7:30” to indicate I had a 7:30 appointment, but he didn’t respond or say anything at all. I completely understand if they weren’t quite ready to open the doors yet, but a simple explanation or polite communication would have gone a long way. The gesture and lack of response felt rude and unprofessional. Customer service matters, especially first thing in the morning.

Gerry (manager) and Patrick were a huge help in getting my car fixed in an emergency just before the recent blizzard. The pricing was fair, they helped me get financing, and the work is solid. Not sure about the reviews on this place, but I had a great experience. I think the manager's name was Gerry (?). I originally had a check engine light that went on and eventually turned off. Before the light disappeared, I had the error code scanned. It had something to do with the oil flow in my Hyundai Tucson. Gerry did another scan and checked the oil. He suggested to start with a basic oil change and provided some other advice. He did not sell me on other services (or rip me off with other unnecessary parts). I really appreciated the honesty. The oil change was a little on the expensive side, but I went with them because of the time Gerry already provided.
