He has been working there for quite some years he’s a quiet person but once you get to know him he’s smart and knows how to work on his car diligently and he also takes his time and he gets your car done the right way and on time. He’s quick with his Witt’s and fixes your car in a timely manner. Come to Monro in Waltham because not only is Max a good mechanic and a nice person but also the boss man manager Isaac himself is very nice and professional with his people! He’s very kind and gets his people on the right path of where they need to be in the mechanic industry he also knows his ins and outs of vehicles he got his certifications for auto mechanic and state inspection unfortunately

Great customer service fast and efficient service professional, I when in with a flat and a runout tired , I when in 1 hour before closing time they told me to wait a little, they will take care of me, I was so happy because I have been to other chops in the passed, and I was turned away because they were closing in 2 hours , but here @Monro auto service they put they customer first 1 hour before closing my 2 tires was changed

The new manager at Monroe, Isaac, made this experience one that was the opposite of my last appointment there. He was welcoming and conversed with me during my wait. When I asked for help putting the donut back in it's rightful place, the mechanic came out and helped. Thank you Issac and congratulations on your new role.

Came in on a Sat with a slightly flat tire, saw me right away, didn’t have the tire on site but ordered it for Monday and it arrived by 830a, didn’t need an appointment, came back and they changed it out right away. Also swapped out my flat for my spare and notified me of my inspection sticker being overdue (which my dealer forgot to do when I saw them recently!). Would recommend them to anyone needing tire work.

Just got my tire alignment, the specialist was quick and communicative. The new store manager is very welcoming and respectful. Thank you.
