Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I was scheduled for my state inspection at one location. The mechanic was unable to get in because he was snowed in. They were able to switch my appointment to another shop that was close by. The staff at the Warminster location were very nice and I was able to get my state inspection completed. The work was performed competently. My vehicle was returned in a timely fashion and clean.

I have been coming to this Monroe for years now. Marie keeps me coming back. She gets my car in, gets it fixed fast and is extremely helpful. Angel did a great job fixing my car. I truly appreciate both of their hard work!

My original call to set up the appointment was geat. When I got there a man was working the front desk now, and he was absolutely rude, acted like I was a bother, did the paperwork wrong, and he helped the other gentleman in the bay mount and balance my tires. Which by the way I think are not balanced or did a real poor job at doing it. At the end, he threw my old tires in the back of my truck, after being annoyed that he had to now do more work, and one of the tires was halfway above the bed rail. If I hadn't noticed it could have flew right out of my truck. Needless to say, it was a total disappointment going there. My wife is 33 years old with stage 4 cancer and complains less than that guy.

The staff seems to be honest and very informative in regaurd to what repairs are needed and why with explanations about how each system operates They are also a "PAY TOMORROW" Vendor which means that If you cant afford the cost of service today you could be eligable to pay in small installments based on when you get paid... I was able to give a down payment of 29.00 and cover the rest with 45 bucks every other week!

I was quoted less than what they charged me. The cashier wasn't there and they guy had a hard time finding people in the system. And he said he couldn't get my price down to what I was quote. He tried for like 20 mins. My appointment was at 10. By the time they finally started my car it was around 1:30. They broke a sensor and had ti replace. I didnt get out of there till 2:45.
