They deserve 0 stars. Continued review from the capital location. This is a nightmare. Once the tires were transferred from the capitol store to this one I received more of the same incompetence. When I arrived I was told the tech that installs the tires would be right back and he ran out for smokes. 2 hours later he returned and then went behind a all to smoke he stayed there for 30 minutes. For the 2 hrs. I was waiting he other tech sat in front of the garage doors on a folding chair smoking and not doing any work on the vehicle in the garage. After 3 hours of waiting I was told by the store manager that they don’t have the part to put on the tire and it will need to be ordered. I led with the out getting the tires installed for a 4th time. I called in a couple weeks later to schedul

It turned out my car needed a LOT more work than expected, and the team on Sunday really worked with me to make sure the price was right, and that we were doing all the necessary work. I could not be more appreciative about how well, and how fairly, they treated me.

People who took my call were very nice! We were having trouble with our van starting, likely a problem with the battery. I got an appointment booked for 11-1pm drop off at the Waukesha site and when I arrived with my vehicle at 12:50pm I found the doors locked and no one there. The call center attempted to get ahold of someone but wasn’t able to. It’s unfortunate, this was already out of our way but we figured we would have it looked at on Sunday before a busy week- all we got was an extra 30 mins driving and no one to look at the van. I get things can happen and there could be a legit reason why no one was at the shop, but then this should be communicated to people at the call center so they know not to book a drop off if the owner/worker isn’t going to be there.

I called on a Monday. They had an opening for me that Thuraday. Ordered my tires imbetween. Staff was helpful and friendly on the phone and in the office. Service was prompt and professional. Had called three local tire services before them and none of them got back to me. Wish I'd called them first.
