I needed my flat tire repaired due to my car hitting a bad pot hole. Monroe Muffler was able to repair my right front tire in a very reasonable time frame. It was great that my tire damage was not too bad. I will use Monroe Muffler for any future car maintenance needs.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Monroe tire. I brought in brand-new tires, and they were mounted and beaded incorrectly, which caused them to leak from the bead only a week later. I returned to have the issue fixed, and two weeks after that it happened again—this time the bead had actually torn. Because of this, I had to purchase new tires out of my own pocket. When I went back for help, I was told that I “bought them like that,” even though the tires were brand new when I brought them in. Not only did the shop not take responsibility, but they also refused to help install the replacement tires. I was looking to have an oil change done quickly. I called around to different locations and came upon this location. Tyrone told me to come on in. Service was super fast. Staff were extremely friendly. Great manager great staff great prices. Highly recommend.

Oil change is too expensive they don’t fill windows washer fluid, and air filters. They supposed to check a bunch of things on every service but they won’t at least you ask for. $111.45 for an oil change. The only reason I did it was because I also had them to install 4 brand new tires on my vehicle! Rest assured that was a first and last

In September 2024, my wife took our family minivan to Monro Muffler for a state inspection. They failed it, claiming all brake pads and rotors needed replacement. That seemed unlikely, but I agreed to the work so the vehicle would pass inspection. Months later, another shop rotated our tires and discovered Monro had installed incorrect brake components. The vehicle had been unsafe to drive all winter. Since we were leaving for vacation shortly, we had the correct parts installed immediately. After returning, my wife brought the visibly incorrect and worn parts back to Monro to request a refund. The manager, who also claimed to be the district manager, was extremely rude and dismissive.
