Monro was absolutely incredible. Thomas went the extra mile of getting me taken care of even though I wasn’t able to schedule ahead of time like I normally would. I had an urgent situation and the team there showed great understanding. Even further, instead of taking advantage of my desperation by charging an arm and a leg, I was given a very good and fair price. Brian was the one who worked on my vehicle and clearly had extensive knowledge and experience, which was essential given that my vehicle is a little older and works differently than some of the newer models. Just moved here from Texas, so i came here for my first Ohio oil change. Everyone was super friendly and respectful. Didnt have to wait long at all. Very professional. I will definitely be back and will refer others to come here too. Thanks guys!!!
