Having problems with car starting. Had new battery installed in January. Had it towed here for JD to check. He usually does our work. He said it was the starter so we paid over $400 to have a starter installed. A few days later it wouldn't start. JD says bring it in cause the starter and labor are covered and I will replace the starter at no charge. Had Grays towing take it in a second time. When I went to pick it up he said it wasn't the starter it was a starter relay switch. JD removed the old switch and replaced it with a wire. JD said the wire was safe to leave in. He said they don't make these anymore and you won't be able to find one. Then charged me $144. So the starter was not the issue to begin with. I came home and called AutoZone and O Reilys and they both had plenty of the swit

I purchased a 2014 Honda Crosstour and not only did JD let it go below market value, it was the easiest buying process I've ever had. Furthermore, once we discovered the rotors were warped from the car sitting; JD and his staff replaced them at no labor cost to me. Honest and quality workmanship is hard to find but not when going here.

(Sammy/JD) I regret to invite you to listen and understand the duress and complications I have had since having my Mazda in your possession to rectify a transmission issue that occurred when a family member drove my car; then responsibly paid for it as it was their mistake. After taking - pardon - towing my car to multiple shops (paying each time, plus diagnostic fees at each shop) I’m extremely disappointed in how you handled any information that wrong doings happened from the initial nearly $1,800 job being done.
