Had a great experience at the Montrose Ford Service Department! This was my first time getting an oil change for my new vehicle which I also purchased at the dealership. I found the experience very quick and seamless. The staff were very friendly including my service advisor, Andre. The waiting area is very comfortable, accommodating and quiet. I feel as though I can trust Montrose Ford for my service needs whether it is routine maintenance or something more involved.

Good body work, terrible windshield replacement. They dont know how to calabrate your camera system. They run a scan and tell you too your face that the car drives fine and is calibrated. No. The car pulls left, runs up the car in front of you then slams on brakes, brake warnong comes on even though there is nothing in front of you, cruise at the speed of the car in the left lane even though there is nothing in front of you. Even took it to great lakes honda who also said its fine. WTH is wrong with you people? Do you not see what I see? Even took Chris for a drive. He had to see the pop up warnings on the dash. I heard the car dinging. He says it drives fine. Let me drive dude. Oh, now you seethe problem. Bottom line, I will not be going back and I hope my insurance dings them for lies,

Called to schedule an appointment for an on going issue that another dealership had trouble diagnosing. I had an appointment next day, dropped the truck off at 8:30am and by 1pm problem was found, parts ordered and fixed the next day. Nathan was great with keeping me updated with what was going on!
