Moo Moo Express Car Wash

1/23/26 beware there is an extremely pushy employee at this location that will refuse you a car wash if you do not agree to “going unlimited”. I was asked 4x and kindly refused. I told him if he wouldn’t run my card for the basic wash price he needed to let me leave the line. And he did. I made management aware. I just want others to also be aware because being force into something in never okay. No means no.

A good wash. Though the lines look long, im never really waiting any more than 15 minutes because of how fast they can send cars through. Every time I go their I SWEAR the employee named David is always the one who loads me in. He's such a happy fella! 😆

Overall does a good job. They kinda overload the tire shine on the highest package so I have to wipe some off before I drive so it don't get everywhere. Vacuums are great and air freshener smells 👍 good

I didn't get to use the actual car wash because it was closed but I did get to go to the free vacuum which was cool cuz I definitely needed a vacuum and it was free so you definitely can't be at that

I have unique requests for my truck. I have spoken with the managers about it. They approve my truck with the bedrack as I have alerts set in place. The other locations around Columbus NEVER have an issue with my truck set up. This location has conflicting information each time I am there. One time they have no issues. The next time, they force me out of line saying I am not allowed to go through with my bed rack, even when I let them know its manager approved. Tonight, they once again tried to remove me from the line, but after explaining it yet again its manager approved, they reluctantly sent me through. The employee ignored my alert and put what he felt was right. My truck has an alert for 1/2 top, he turned off everything for the top. This is the only location I go to in the cent
