I’m leaving this review based on a recent experience while picking up parts on behalf of a friend’s business. I’m local to the area and was very close to the location, but Google Maps directed me to an empty lot and indicated I had arrived. The actual storefront was about a block back on the opposite side of the street, which wasn’t clear from the navigation. Because the business was close to closing time, I called for clarification and simple landmarks so I could get there quickly. Unfortunately, the phone interaction was frustrating. The gentleman I spoke with repeatedly talked over me and did not seem to listen when I explained that I was nearby, just misdirected by GPS.
