I can’t say enough good things about Morales Motors in Norfolk, VA. After being without a car for a long time, they truly changed my life yesterday by getting me into a vehicle I love. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly, genuine, and welcoming. As a young buyer, it can be intimidating shopping for a car, but they made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. They were flexible, patient, and really worked with me every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want the best for you—not just a sale. I will post this here and on other social media platforms of their store in order to warn more people to be aware that the cars are sold without basic maintenance checks. Take your own mechanic with you, don't trust them. I contacted Emanuel Morales directly to help me resolve the situation with my vehicle, but he shows no interest, as one of the store's managers, in resolving anything that doesn't involve a bank guarantee for a vehicle that the customer buys from his store.

Morales Motors is the best place to buy your cars. I've bought two cars for my company, and many of my friends have bought from them too, and we're all very satisfied with their prices, service, and especially the convenience when you arrive and they assist you in your own language. I highly recommend them; they give them more than 5 stars for quality, service, and more.
