I have been with Morristown Auto for about 10 years now and Al and the girls have always took care of me no matter which car lot or what car needed to trade etc. for or even if I got behind it's a very good place especially buy here pay here even though life happens as long as you continue to check in with them they always go above and beyond to make sure you try to keep your car 100% recommended 🙂

So the owner of this Morristown Auto Sales, is also the owner of Twin City Motors (also in Morristown). I know someone who decided to buy a big 2005 white Ram truck from Twin City Motors in Dec. 1, 2017 and the truck was fine for about 1-2 weeks until it started having some issues. It would heat up way too fast, therefore, leading us to believe that it had a problem with its cooling system. The person that bought the truck ("Individual A") took it back to the dealership so the mechanics could get it fixed, the truck was given back as "fixed", and it was fine for about a day but it started overheating again. The car overheats, but the radiator stays cool, and so does the antifreeze. There could be something clogged in the engine, but the mechanics must have put antifreeze in the left hose t

The owner of the lot has always been very helpful to us. We purchased a vehicle back in April he was very helpful during the sell and made sure everything was repaired before we left with it. The office staff was also very friendly and assisted us well. I recommend Morristown Auto Sales but you need to understand they sell used vehicles just like any dealer does you never know when something is going to happen to them and neither do they. Things happen! We plan to do business with them in the future!

Al at this lot is amazing! He has done everything he could to help me on a title loan when I needed it! When I went to sale the car he went above and beyond to make that happen as well! Never once did he seem to get bothered or frustrated with all he did for me. And I had to call many times due to the details of the sale, However AL and his staff was always kind and patient. You don't find this kind of car from car lots, Ya just dont.
