I can’t say enough good things about this tire store. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like more than just a customer—you’re treated like a friend. The employees here are exceptional: knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything, never pressure you, and always make sure you leave feeling confident and taken care of. The service is fast and the prices are fair. It’s rare to find a business that feels this personal, but these folks truly go above and beyond. Five stars all the way.

First time coming here and it was good experience. Friendly employees and a clean waiting room. The Price/service over the phone and in person was transparent. The work performed was excellent and pretty fast.

We had new suspension parts installed on our vehicle along with new tires, took it to them for an alignment just to be sure everything was straight our vehicle drove and rode just fine before the alignment afterwards it had a very bad vibration giving them the benefit of my doubt that the alignment was good, I took it to a secondary shop to have them just look it over and make sure nothing is loose, second shop pointed out the castor angle was out very noticeably easy miss just needs to be corrected, second shop also recommended getting the tires road forced balanced, so I took the vehicle back and told them what the second shop had found and recommended, now back story after new tires were installed i checked the tire pressure 37 psi all the way around after alignment I checked the tires

AMAZING, EFFICIENT, AND INEXPENSIVE WORK! Woke up on a holiday today with my "Check Engine" light on, immediately drover over to Morristown, Tire and Performance, and Roxanne (the best administrative assistant EVER for them), got me right in, taken care of (in less than half the time quoted), got me a new battery, and I was OFF!. THANK YOU for being the best part of my day today Roxanne and the crew. Go get 'em! And by the way, there was some woman in there when I was in there, and I overheard the whole thing about how she had brought her car in there and the engine was about to literally fall off out of the vehicle, and Roxanne and the technicians were so concerned about her safety in driving the vehicle off of the lot, that they tried and tried to get her to not drive it off the lot. My husband and I had just started our 14 hour / 950 mile trip back home to NY from our vacation in TN when we hit a large pot hole on 81 and were left with one flat tire and one badly bulging tire. Roxanne and the staff were sympathetic and eager to help when we arrived with the tow truck. They very easily could've taken advantage of the vulnerable situation we were in but instead they did just the opposite. The price was fair and the service was top notch. We can't thank them enough. If I could give 10 stars I would.
