Our son recommended Morrow Collision for repairs on our 2007 Mercedes. Our car went in on a Monday, and when I picked it up on Friday, it looked like a brand new vehicle. Like clockwork, Aaron provided me a daily update on the status of parts, insurance status, and repairs. All the work was completed on time as projected. I could not be more pleased with the high level of customer service and professionalism shown by Aaron and his team. Highly recommend these folks!!

I am so appreciative of Aaron and his entire staff. When I had my accident (2014 Honda Accord) l wasn't sure how bad the damage was and didn't want to file a claim until I had a good estimate. Morrow Collison Center is one of the few repair shops in Lincoln that will review the damage before having an insurance claim. Aaron got me in early the next morning and went through the estimate in great detail. I was able to work with him on various options for the repairs. Later that day I did file a claim with my insurance company, and once that was completed Aaron contacted me, set up the repair dates. I took my 2013 Tahoe in after a minor collision and Morrow was able to get me in during a time that worked best for me. Aaron took care of everything insurance related and kept me informed about the progress and every detail of the repairs along the way. They went over my vehicle and made sure everything that was damaged got repaired and the truck came out looking beautiful!!
