I had an appointment. I drove 2 hours to be there on time and the guy I had the appointment with was more than 10 minutes late. He introduced himself and send me with someone else because he was busy with another customer. Then what's the appointment for? He said he can help me and that they had the vehicle I requested and they didn't. So I drove a total of 4 hours for nothing.
