I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service Sarah Tapia and the service team provided for our Nissan Leaf. We recently had a punctured tire and had our car towed to the dealership. Since the specific tire wasn't in stock and the order would take several days, Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we weren't stranded. She arranged a rental car for us so we wouldn't be without transportation while we waited. She also worked diligently with Nissan Tire to get us a brand-new set of tires. This is our second time working with Sarah, and she has officially become our go-to person for any questions or needs regarding our car. Went in for an oil change. Was told less than 2hrs. 3hrs 34min later my vehicle was done. Will not return unless I absolutely need to for a recall.
