It took most of a long day, but we finally got through the hard sell and got a somewhat decent price for our trade-in and an OK price on the newer model Rouge. AFTER all of the sales pressure, there was mention of a warrantee program for repairs but he would said the next guy would talk to us about that. The plan was a ridiculous high amount for a short period. I objected and he immediately dropped $1000 and added a year. So I bit. The plan DOES NOT cover routine maintenance. After 3 years, we have still not had a use for the plan. And probably won't until after it expires. DON'T FALL FOR THIS ADD-ON SCAM!!

Worst experience after buying the car. Still waiting for a refund on add-ons I canceled right after signing. They make promises they don’t keep. Would not recommend.
