Took wife's jeep in for a oil cooler repair through a warranty service...they got it done in a day but it wasnt done...they damaged the air intake...and didn't even flush the cooling system...there is straight oil in the radiator and overflow tank...I don't know if the part is even new.... absolutely scam artist and trust we will be reporting them to bbb and whatever recourse we can...shame on them for doing that....I mean it's not even shade tree mechanic work

Can you believe these guys had my wifes car not 1 week, not 2 weeks, but 6 months? Yes you read that right. And heres the kicker. The initial problem was NOT solved, the car in fact was in worst condition than when we gave it to him. The new place we took it to was absolutely irate at how long this has taken for absolutely nothing to happen. The guy proceeded to state how hes losing money by investing in it even tho he couldve at any time stated that he couldnt fix the issue. Honestly we are probably clowns for letting him have it that long, shame on us too. But also what makes me mad is apparently he told her that he knew it was a wiring issue and just "didnt have the time to fix it". Mind you he knew shes pregnant and we are expecting in a few weeks. I just dont get it. 4.5 stars on here

6/2/23 update... These guys are still as good as when I first linked up years ago. Jim is about a good a person as I've ever met. My sway bar broke and these guys got me back on the road with a plan. Getting the repair done when the dealer ships out the part. Couldn't be more grateful for the team at Motec. I know the team kicks butt everyday performing small miracles for guys like me. Thank you all! Update 3/28/22 these guys are always friendly and happy to help. Any time I've called with a question or wanted to steal a moment of time, I'm always treated respectfully. Great company.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone, they are fair quick and honest. I have been there a few times with my car over the last few years since moving to Waterford and he has always told me what actually needs to be fixed right now and what can wait. I never feel any pressure to get any extra work done, and that's such a great feeling when bringing my car to a mechanic and having no car knowledge of my own!
