Moto San Diego is a very special dealership. This is a family, from the owner and staff to those of us riders who keep coming back. When I stumbled upon this dealership, I had a deep mistrust of most motorcycle dealerships, which are often run by greedy corporations. Four years ago, I needed service and was riding home from a dealership in Temecula. I was not a happy camper. I stopped at Moto San Diego, and Service Manager Freddy Doroteo listened to me cry and complain—then gave me the perfect solution. He’s done that every time since. !!!WARNING!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. PREDATORY LENDING PRACTICES and LENDERS ON THE PROWL. I paid my motorcycle off, had western union wire transfer confirmations that BMW Financial Services required because they only allow wire transfers (or at least in my case they required) western union. They had previously repossessed the motorcycle illegally for the reason I have never failed to make a payment or missed a payment. I've even overpaid them because three of their financial representatives lied about my final payoff amount. THE BIKE IS PAID OFF IN FULL AND THESE PEOPLE STILL HAVE MY MOTORCYCLE IN REPOSSESSION STATUS. I even have the receipts. I purchased my GS 1250 from BMW of Escondido a few months ago, and it has been the best bike I've ever owned. Eduardo, the person who assisted me, provided excellent service. He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The entire team at this dealership treats you with respect. I only trust them with my bike's service. Highly recommended!

Dealing with the parts department it was a good pleasant experience. That was the dealership saving grace. I been to this shop multiple times recently looking at bikes not one single person greeting me literally no one except for the part guy at the counter walking around looking at bikes sales personnel non existent. You sales personnel might want to be on the sales floor instead hiding in your offices your not the only BMW and Aprilia shop around . GP cycles in SD customer service is superb. BMW of San Diego also provides excellent customer service.

If you are a woman looking for a motorcycle, welcome to the 1950's here. Went in with my husband, ready to demo a few bikes, cash in hand, I have a motorcycle license, etc and was treated so rudely by Ed that my husband involved the owner. I felt like a total pain in the ass to this guy and had to ask multiple times to discuss the bikes. The owner was better to deal with for sure but it never should've gone that far. Go to the Temecula dealership!
