Motor Works absolutely exceeded my expectations. After another shop spent over a week diagnosing my car and being way over priced to fix it, Matt G. stepped in and had it towed to their shop at no cost. Within 15 minutes, Eric had already figured out the problem. The entire team—Matt G., Matt B., Levi, and Eric—kept me informed every step of the way and even invited me into the shop to show me exactly what was going on. What was supposed to take about a week ended up being finished in just a couple days because they went the extra mile to pick up the engine instead of waiting on shipping. They even kept the car one extra day to drive it and make sure everything was perfect before giving it back. Outstanding service, transparency, and professionalism. Friendly staff. Nice waiting area. Overall a great experience. Only complaint is it was sooo HOT in there, I was dressed for winter, and could've been in shorts and a tank. Lol. Good to know the HVAC system works great. 😆

We go to Motor Works for all of our oils changes and have always loved the service! Had some warranty work done at the end of the summer that was a hassle and a half, Matt G went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. He handled and talked to the warranty company kept us in the loop the whole process. Could not be more thankful for the help he gave along the way as these situations can be tricky to navigate! The folks at Motorworks were very respectful and friendly, and communicated with me throughout the experience of having my truck being worked on. I've been here a few times with both mine and my wife's vehicles, and I'll definitely be back the next time we need repairs done.
