Great service, friendly and respectful staff that went above and beyond to look out for the customer. Came in just to get a oil change and new tires put on and found out a ball joint was for the lack of a better term toast amd needed to be replaced. The sales rep was able to get the parts in right away and at a low cost and my vehicle was repaired and service done before the anticipated completion time.

We have been getting oil changed at TGK in Big Lake for 5 years. We buy all our tires here for our 4 vehicles.Today I was charged $166.92 for an oil change. I drive a diesel SUV so it usually runs $88. I asked why the price nearly doubled and was told diesel oil is expensive and they didn’t always have what my car needed. Was charged $19.85/quart which is $10 auto parts store. I had scheduled a tire rotation and they didn’t even know if it was done when I called back and had to check since it wasn’t on my service invoice. Then was told it was a corporate package for $160- oil change and tire rotation. Um you didn’t even know if they rotated my tires and tire rotations are free for the life of the tire with purchase. Dropped my car off for two new front tires I ordered through tgk and a patch on the rear passenger tire. When I dropped off the car they told me they had ordered the wrong tires and only had a more expensive option available. When I picked up the car they said they patched the opposite rear tire then the one I had asked to be patched, because they “couldn’t find the leak”. The day after picking my car up one of the new front tires they had replaced was flat and obviously the one they were supposed to patch was too. I also noticed all of my tire air caps were gone now. I brought it back in later to redo the front tire and patch the rear one. I picked up my car today and could still hear the rear tire leaking air after dropping it off and paying Tgk twice to have it patched. Will not be usin

They show me consistent kindness every time I go. They don't do extra work I don't need, and they are willing to walk me through any concerns or questions I have. I have been going there for years with positive interactions consistently every time.

The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional, and we left with peace of mind knowing the car was safe and ready to go.
