I don’t usually call out individuals by name, but Kip deserves it. Every time I’ve worked with him, he’s shown great product knowledge and even better people skills. He’s easygoing, never pushy, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys helping customers find the right solution instead of just trying to move product. In a world where real customer service is getting harder to find, Kip stands out. He makes the whole experience smoother, more relaxed, and a lot more trustworthy.

My headlight went out and unsure if it was a fuse or headlight. Brice was so incredibly helpful and I left there with my headlight working. So happy with the customer service!! Top notch!

Employeew are so helpful! They have items brought in from other locations if they don't have it in store . Talk you through/ trouble shoot, Come out to your car anything to make sure you leave confident! Store always clean .

Friendly staff, and Kit was extremely helpful. I bought some wipers and headlights, and he was kind enough to install both of them for me after the purchase.
