Definitely not trustworthy. A close friend of mine purchased a tesla car here but had to return it not too long after. They were supposed to receive money for returning it but its been a few good months now and they have not received anything. It is pretty disappointing. It seems as though they are not a reliable company. Now I know not to go to this company for vehicles. I would highly recommend you do not do business here either. MotorCars of Nashville is just another scam.

I have always been the type of person who was scared of being scammed by dealerships. This one has been my best experience with a car dealership ever. Carmen was the wonderful lady who helped me get my dream car at such an amazing price! She also was so knowledgeable and nice, and she even wanted me to text her when I made it back home (I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership). If I ever have to purchase another vehicle, it will definitely be here. I will forever recommend car shopping here!

In September of 2025 I bought a 2023 Kia Niro EV from Motorcars of Nashville. Initially I was skeptical as they were out of state and I was just not sure buying sight un-seen was a good idea. My salesman Bakrom did a great job and explained the process of buying from out of state. I received the car last week. It has new Michelin tires and the 12 v battery was replaced as well. Highly recommend.
